Tissue Dynamics utilizes an ethnically diverse (European, Hispanic, Asian) library of proliferating human hepatocyte lines that show minimal experimental variability. Metabolic activity and toxicological profile were extensively validated.

3D Physiological Organs

Proprietary Organ on Chip design allows us to form and maintain 3D liver tissue for over 28 days. Micro tissues acquire physiological structure and show complex metabolic zonation. 

Embedded Sensors Feel Cell Stress

Tissue Dynamics patent-protected technology permits the real time assessment of metabolic function. Change in metabolic function is the first indication of cellular stress, preceding manifestation of any detectable damage.
